Working with Lake Norman Realty as a first time home buyer was a very smooth and wonderful process thanks to Ann and Nick Scott. They were very helpful through the entire process. Very fast response even at odd hours of the day! As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions but they never hesitated to answer. They kept me ahead of the process. Not only was Ann and Nick very helpful and wonderful people but they have a team of amazing people to help with everything! They have earned my business for life! My mom was the seller, and we were lucky enough to have a good friend recommend Ann & Nick Scott. They were both amazing, were so attentive to us during the whole process, responded quickly, and were patient and kind with my mom. They are great negotiators! Ann Scott sold me my house 10 years ago. The process went smoothly then and it went just as smoothly this time. Ann evaluated my house at a fair price which I believe resulted in a quick sale. She provided me with the instructions I needed on how best to present my property and kept me updated on all inspections.
